Here's to hoping that tomorrow I will survive and all those weeks of trainings will not be put to waste. Oh and also, am pretty happy the performance and grades received, though the final GPA score could have been a wee bit better. But oh well, I'm pretty psyched with the current score. Oh I so hope SMU and NTU will take me into consideration and at least accept me pretty please!! Though I think I ought to mentally prepare myself, in case I never hear from them. *gulp* Alright wish me luck for tomorrow... and hopefully, more updates. :)

So been doing quite alot of stuff after graduation, like training slightly more, hanging out with friends and stuff. It feels good! Only except the applications for the universities. Had to rush quite a few times to meet the deadlines (that is my fault on my part, by not checking them out earlier!) and rushing out the forms and stuff. Haha. Oh my gawd, like seriously though, it feels so surreal, like we have unofficially graduated already, and we are one step closer to or simply just embarking into the working world.. Oh boy..
Anyways! Mind's Cafe with the team this Saturday! It's gonna be so fun, I'm so excited!

Have you ever felt that feeling before? Like when initially, you were so sure that you knew what you want to do, like you are so certain that THIS is the way to go, and that there is no confusion, no changes and that this way to go will never ever change. BUT then suddenly, you realize that now, this way to go is wrong and that there is nothing you can do about it. And also that at the same time, you're lost and confused on what to do and you have no clue whatsoever what to do next?

Yeap. I'm feeling it right now, and let me tell you, IT SUCKS. :( I was so certain on one option to take and now not only did I find out it might not be good enough, I realize that the other options might not work either, and I'm at a lost of what to do. Damn it. Well what to do now, i guess i gotta try and apply for everything and cross my fingers and hope I at least get an acceptance somewhere. Pray for me people.

Omg the last hurdle is always the worst. The frigging Aviation Safety report is sucking my blood dry.... And to top it of, I think the stress is eating everyone up, making us all really grumpy and irritable. I kinda feel like the grinch too, and I notice that I'm feeling particularly grouchy and irritable today. Well at least the good thing about all this is that I have learnt how to channel all this stress out in a healthier manner, and not let it out on other people.

So there have been much unhappiness here and there, and all I wanna say is this. As friends, for the sake of all the good times and memories together, I think it's only fair that these issues are addressed face to face, with an open mind and full understanding. I think enough has been said and done. What's the point in dissing and talking about each other, instead of talking to each other? Think about it. If you think that I'm talking about you, then yeah, you're probably right. Enough with the drama.

I want my best friends back together again.

My hamsters are now parents!!

Haha, okay here is a funny story, for the past few months, squid and i were under the impression that both my hammies were females, cause back then, while cleaning their cages, we checked their body parts and thought that they were both females. It was only until THIS MORNING when squido woke up to find 5 baby hamsters in the cage!! Hahaha, so now, we are seriously questioning the sexuality and gender of our hamsters...

Hahaha, but nevertheless, this is such a pleasant surprise for our 28th Month anniversary (yeap, its today..)!! Haha so coincidental right! And just when we were wondering why one of the hammies was becoming so fat! :) Anyone interested in keeping one?

Anyways airshow today was alright.. The aerial display as usual, was frigging awesome! After watching it, I was so inspired to be a pilot! Too bad for my lack of height and my lack of erm, long limbs? HAHA. After which, we went to see a couple of air crafts and snapped photos. The private jets were so awesome! So guys, you know what to get for me, for my 20th birthday eh? ;) Despite the exciting affair, it was the weather that turned most of us off. The blistering heat was so terrible! I swear, even I turned blacker after today, and you all know how black I am.. So on the whole, pretty tiring and hot but satisfying day. :)

Oh yeaaah baby! Looks who's gonna go for the air show next week!! :))

Anyways it has been a pretty tough week, and things ain't gonna be any better till CNY, which is study week, and you know what? I'm gonna unofficially graduate in 3 weeks. 3 weeks!! :(

So, today was a pretty good day, handed in SQM, talked to paul about testimonials and stuff, then headed to the pool with the squido for a nice afternoon swim and coincidentally, ele and sam were there!! Yipee! Haha. Its be AEONS since we last hung out and talked. After which, ele needed to head to town and get some stuff, so at the last minute, sam and i decided to tag along too. Omg it was terrible for my wallet i tell you, there are sales EVERYWHERE in town. EVERYWHERE. Tsk, we kept stopping at shops, and you should have seen the look on both sam and ele's faces when they saw the huge 50% sale posters outside the cotton on shops. SUPER HILARIOUS. Hahaha.

Girls, i had a great time, we have so much to do during break. :)

On a parting note, whilst hanging out, we were reminiscing on the good old days and the millions of photos we took, and i decided that to commemorate them, i will post the pictures up here. The ones i love the most. Check it out guys!

Sigh, this is life, no? Anyways after the quick afternoon swim with squido yesterday, we went to watch Avatar in 3D. Haha, yes this is my third time watching, but it was squido's first time. But still, no complaints! Despite being seated 5 rows from the front, I thought that it was a pretty good seat cause the 3D effects were pretty good! Much better than the other time, where I was seated at the back, I daresay. Unfortunately, squido's 3D specs were having some issues and he couldn't enjoy it as much. So anyways, beach training tml! Should be exciting. :)

NAPFA test yesterday was alright i guess, with the exception of standing broad jump. Darnit, i swear, i can't seem to jump for nuts! Well, i must say though that im pretty thankful that NAPFA is finally over. The test itself wasn't so tiring physically.. It was more of like the wait in between each stations were a tad bit too long, so it kinda made the entire process pretty dull. But whatever! It's over! Haha. So anyways, after waiting for like 432524321089 years to return the number tags and sign the papers, some of us decided to head over to the coffee shops opposite to have zhi char. Alrighty, back to work. I seriously need more interesting topics to blog about.. :(

So i went beach training today after like, a GAZILLION years or something. And it felt great! Haha, despite coming home with aching arms, very very burnt skin, weary thighs and feeling super sleepy, it was pretty worth it! Training today was pretty good, and managed to catch up with some of my lovely tpls mates! ;) Haha. HC, Sab and Pam gave me pretty interesting ideas of what to do on a boring dayyyy... Right guys? HAHA. Am so looking forward to the next one! :)

So 2009 flew past and lo and behold! its 2010! My goodness. Time really flies, and soon, we will all be taking our final papers, trying on graduation gowns, going up stage to collect our certificates and going our separate ways...

You know, come to think about it, 2010 is a completely new and different year for most of us. Why? For starters, 2010 marks the end of one chapter in our lives, our Tertiary education, and the beginnings of a new one, for some it would be entering the working world, others would be entering university and for the guys NS.

Talks with my mum on what is next for me kinda gave me mixed feelings; a mixture of nervousness, fear and at the same time, excitement. Where would i be going? Would i be going alone? Is it gonna be expensive? Can i survive on my own? Will i even BE accepted into the university that i want to go to in the first place? Will things be the same as before when i actually do decide to leave for Singapore for a further education? These thoughts keep running through my mind.

And yet, somehow or another, my mind kept bringing up a few people. No doubt i would miss these people dreadfully, but like my mum said, i have to be independent and not let them be the reason why i want to stay behind in Singapore, even if the opportunity whereby i leave Singapore presents itself.

Well i do hope that i do make a decision fast and will be able to stick to it. In the mean time, i just wanna spend as much time as possible with the great group of friends that i have, and finish up my tertiary education on a fabulous note. :)

OKAY!
so i thought maybe giving my lj a new "face lift" with a few new updates and stuff, maybe i would get back to blogging. hahaha. maybe im right! oh well, we shall see how it goes.....

anyways, been enjoying the past few days of the term break (the last one i will ever i have before i graduate i must add!!!) with the ZIRCA party last thursday which im very sure all of us cant forget or get out of our systems, getting back to swimming slowly, Lord of the Rings movie marathons and tanning sessions with the squido, meeting my ceremix babes, random drives around and stuff... haha. so i guess its bout time i get back to work before i leave for BKK this weekend (yes im leaving again!) and will be back on the 27th, just in time for school.

so 2009 is about to come to an end once again, and its almost time to welcome 2010. hopefully, all things would go well in 2010, and for starters, i do get the university thing sort out. sigh. one baby step at a time eh? :)
